What we collect
Your account holds an email address, a name, a phone number and a city, plus a profile photo if you add one. When you publish a listing we store its title, description, photos and location. A booking stores the dates, the number of guests and the price. Messages are stored with any photos attached to them. If you notify us of a payment, the receipt image you upload is stored with it. On the mobile app we also store a device token so notifications can reach you; it identifies the device, not you.
Identity documents
If you verify your identity, the photo of your document goes to private storage. It is not public and it cannot be opened with a plain link: only you and an administrator reviewing the application can see it, through a signed address that expires. We keep the result of the review on your profile — verified, pending or rejected, and the reason for a rejection. The same applies to the official security permit required for farm listings.
Listing location
The exact coordinates of a listing are never shown publicly. Everyone sees an approximate point, deliberately offset by 150 to 350 metres, drawn as a circle rather than a pin so it does not claim a precision it does not have. The exact location is released only to the host, to an administrator, and to a guest whose booking has been confirmed — that is, to someone who actually has to get there.
Who can see your details
Your phone number becomes visible to the other side only after a booking is confirmed; before that, a host and a renter can talk through in-app messaging without exchanging numbers. We do not collect card or bank details at all, because payment is made in cash between the two of you. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
How it is protected
Every table is protected by row-level rules on the database itself, not only inside the app: a request asking for a booking, a message or a wallet that belongs to someone else is refused by the server even when it comes from outside the app. Identity documents, security permits and payment receipts sit in private storage that is closed to anonymous requests.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself — on mobile from Settings, Personal information; on the web from your account settings. Deletion removes your profile and the data attached to it. It can be refused while you still have an active booking, because the other side of that booking has a claim that has not finished yet.
